The highly responsive and very welcoming staff at Jones and Rio made finding, chosing, and moving almost effortless. They have made a tremendous effort to display apartments and amenities through various social media (Facebook and Instagram). Security minded and attentive to detail, any questions I had were addressed immediately and their system for work orders is fully transparent. They saved me a ton of $$$ having to fly down and look elsewhere. There is a real community feel to the property and I could not be happier.

Jones & Rio has it all. Convenience, luxury, and community. Whether you want to walk to get coffee at a nearby spot or simply just relax in the courtyard, J&R has it! Monthly community events are a great way to meet neighbors. We loved living here so much that we decided to stay an additional year! Nico, Cynthia, and Lawrence are truly the best management team.

Before talking about this amazing place, I want to mention something very important to me. The staff are amazing and they are always helpful and having a beautiful smile to everyone. I highly recommend you to take a look at this well-organized/ very-quiet place and consider it to be your home in this magnificent city.

I love the environment and all the amenities this place has to offer! It’s also located in a very convenient area so you can get to places quickly and without a hassle. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and they always make me feel right at home; I love living here!

Beautiful apartments and amenities. This has definitely been our favorite apartment so far. Rooftop views are phenomenal and the pool is huge compared to most downtown apartments. Everyone at the office is also super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment building to anyone looking in the downtown area.

In the past year of living at Jones & Rio, my experience has been great. From the friendly staff, the downtown view, the security, the maintenance team, the neighbors and the amenities. I am truly thankful to live in this community.

I've been living here for 2 years and probably will renew for a 3rd. The lifestyle is great and downtown and the apartment sells itself. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Great building with high quality amenities, views, safe secure parking and very helpful staff. The neighborhood is vibrant, with restaurants and coffee shops within a 1/4 mile radius. It’s been a pleasure walking to dinner or along the river walk downtown.

Excellent place to live if you want to be by downtown. I enjoyed my year there and miss living by everything. Pros:-New-Great location-Cool amenities-Great staff-Nice interiors-Right on Riverwalk-Short walk to the Pearl-Monitored parking w/ towing-Packaging lockers (super convenient)Cons:-Located by loud places (VFW, the Luxury)-Moderately expensive

In April of 2017 I moved into Jones and Rio. Being a homeowner for 13 years, I welcomed not having to mow the yard but was apprehensive about living in an Apartment again (last one was during college). I came to look at the units and still wasn't 100% sold. Cynthia went out of her way to call me to come look at one additional unit that was available. I shuttered a little bit, however I knew that I was going to enjoy the less than 10 min commute to work (as opposed to 1 hour or more). I can honestly say that after almost a year and a half I am so glad I decided to move here. The views are great, The rooftop is amazing, and I get non stop comments about the pool. The staff is so kind and courteous that you almost forget you're not family. And anytime something needs to be repaired, its done with the utmost importance and care. If you are looking to live downtown, I would look no farther than the Best Intersection you can find. Right on the corner of Jones & Rio. Mark

We have only been here for two weeks but we love it so far! We really enjoy the location and amenities. Nico has been so helpful. He is the best! I think we are going to love living here.

The location and amenities are amazing. The majority of the staff members are amazing especially the maintenance staff. There was a lot of turnover in the management and my issue began upon move-out. I received multiple invoices that were incorrect and was told they would be remedied. Nico was extremely helpful and quite frankly amazing during my year and a half as well as Cynthia however his newest associate was unprofessional at best. Aside from not receiving an updated invoice I began receiving collection calls regarding the incorrect amount. Poor communication and conflict resolution. With that said it’s amazing property.

A great place to live! Everyone is friendly most especially the office staff and maintenance, which is a plus. It feels good when you can count on great customer service. The complex is located in a beautiful location right on the river. Many Restaurants and local bars are conveniently located. And the river walk is perfect for a morning walk or run, at any time of day really. The units have an elegant and modern look. Real nice! The pool is the gem of this place. Always well maintained and a great spot to relax and meet your neighbors. The only thing I would suggest for change is the carpet in the halls as it doesn’t stay clean for long. Other than that the neighborhood is quiet. A real nice place to live while enjoying all of the things the city has to offer.

Love Jones & Rio and living the Rio life. The staff is awesome and the location can't be beat.
